4 Day Murchison & Jinja Adventure Trips

On this Safari you will explore the great River Nile to its fullest through visiting the source of the Nile and doing an adventurous half day White water Rafting.

As well as visiting the great Murchison Falls National Park in the North Western Uganda for its exciting activities on list.

Day 1: Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park

After morning breakfast, check out to meet our driver guide, embark the safari vehicle and start the amazing journey from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park including en route stopover in Nakasongola for Rhino tracking in Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary which usually last for about an hour.

After Rhino tracking, proceed for an en route lunch in Masindi town and then continue to Murchison falls National Park where you arrive in the afternoon.

Enter the park through Kichumbanyobo gate for a visit to the top of falls after of which you will proceed to your lodge for check in, dinner and overnight stay.

Accommodation options include:

Budget: Red Chilli rest camp or Yebo Safari camp.

Midrange: Pakuba Safari Lodge or Sambiya River lodge.

Luxury: Chobe Safari Lodge or Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Launch Trip Cruise.

After your morning delicious breakfast at the lodge transfer with our guide for the morning game drive in the Park using suitable pop up Safari vehicle exposing you to different Wildlife species inhabited within the Park. Game drive usually last for about 3-4 hours and after return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

Later in the afternoon you will do a launch trip cruise along the waters of the falls from the top to bottom of falls sighting different Wildlife species, after boat return to the lodge for further relaxation, coffee, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park – Drive to Jinja Town

Have your early breakfast at the lodge and after check out for the amazing journey from Murchison Falls National Park to Jinja, lunch is provided en route on your way to Kampala.

After continue with the Journey up to Jinja for an overnight stay, while in Jinja you can spend a night at Jinja Nile Resort.

Day 4: White Water Rafting & Visit source of the Nile – Departure

This is the last day of Safari, you will have breakfast at the hotel and after transfer to offices of Nalubale Rafting Company for the short briefing about rafting, meet other people who are to be part of rafting.

After you are transferred up to the starting point of Rafting. Half day rafting ends in the afternoon.

After you will visit source of the Nile, then transfer back to Entebbe for your return flight, it’s advised that you leave Jinja back to Entebbe in time to avoid being caught up by traffic Jam. End of Safari in Uganda.
